A hearty and delicious local gastronomy, awaits you, with typical dishes such as garbures, tourins, foie gras, duck breast, confit and crispy potatoes accompanied by local wines and Armagnacs with subtle and different flavours.

Many regional products of excellence can be tasted: Label Rouge poultry and Gascon beef, south-western pork, Côtes de Gascogne wines such as Floc de Gascogne AOC, and the oldest Appellation of Origin in the Midi-Pyrenees - the brandy of Armagnac, not forgetting the newest of Appellation, “Blanche d’Armagnac”.
