You can choose one of the discovery circuits ! Follow one of our five themed circuits and set off to discover our villages and hamets around Condom, stroll through our most beautiful villages of France, or go off towards the southwest to discover our architectural treasures and Roman art. Recharge your batteries by following the happy valley of the Baïse River or get off the beaten path to visit our picturesque villages.
Independent Visits
The Tourist Office provides Visit Information Cards in our offices or for downloading so that you can independently discover the villages in Ténarèze : the cathedral city of Condom, the fortified village of Larressingle, Fourcès and its circular square, the bastides of Montréal-du-Gers and Valence sur Baïse or perhaps Mouchan and its Clunisienne church.
A full day in Ténarèze
We recommend the following 4 must-see sites :
- Visit to the Cistercian Abbey of Flaran, one of the oldest abbeys in the southwest that houses contemporary works of art such as a painting by Monet.
- The discovery of a wine estate : take time to enjoy a tasting with our producers of Floc de Gascogne, Côtes de Gascogne wines and Armagnac.
- After lunch in one of our gourmet restaurants, immerse yourself in the Roman era with a visit to the Gallo-Roman villa of Séviac near to Montréal-du-Gers where you can discover 450m2 of mosaics.
- To finish your day smoothly, you can take a walk along the banks of the River Baïse. You can opt for a spot of fishing or take out a canoe or boat for a potter.
